Amit received his PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1997, subsequent to which he served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey.
He began his pharmaceutical industry career at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and went on to serve in various roles in Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics at Bristol Myers Squibb over the span of 18 years. is currently Head of Scientific & Strategic Consulting at Pumas-AI.
