Kenneth ‘Todd’ Moore is a Scientific Director - Cardiovascular Disease, within the US Medical Affairs division of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines. Todd’s professional career has primarily focused on drug research and development with roles within Clinical Pharmacology and Medical Affairs. In addition to his R&D and Medical Affairs activities, he designed and led the EMPOWER-PAD program, which was a free educational and mobile screening platform in the U.S. promoting understanding and screening of Peripheral Artery Disease. He is also a current member of the Bioethics Board at J&J, The American College of Clinical Pharmacology Public Policy Board, and The Arts & Science Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Delaware. Todd obtained a BA in Biology from the University of Delaware; a MS in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University; a MA in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University, Chicago, and his Doctorate in Bioethics from Loyola University, Chicago. His publications include over 45 Manuscripts; public policy papers, opinion papers, Letters to the Editor; and 2 Book Chapters.
