Dr. Anne van Rongen is a postdoctoral researcher in the Division of Pharmacology & Pharmacy at Leiden University, under supervision of Professor Dr. Catherijne Knibbe. Her research focuses on neonatal pharmacology, specifically optimizing drug dosing for small-for-gestational-age neonates using population modeling. Prior to her postdoctoral research, she was trained as a hospital pharmacist and clinical pharmacologist. She obtained her PhD at Leiden University, focusing on the impact of obesity on the pharmacokinetics of drugs in adults and adolescents, under supervision of Professor Dr. Catherijne Knibbe and Professor Dr. John van den Anker.
