Dorothy Chang, MD

Senior Physician
US Food & Drug Administration

Dr. Dorothy Chang is a senior physician and clinical team leader in the Division of Nonprescription Drugs I in the Office of New Drugs in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research at U.S. FDA. In this capacity, she provides oversight and support to her team in the review of new drug applications and the development of nonprescription drugs.

Dr. Chang is board certified in internal medicine. She obtained her bachelor's degree in biology from Northwestern University and her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Prior to joining FDA in 2017, she provided clinical care in an outpatient primary care practice.
