Zhihua Li, PhD

Zhihua Li, PhD, is a pharmacokineticist from Division of Applied Regulatory Science (DARS), Office of Clinical Pharmacology, Office of Translational Sciences, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, US Food & Drug Administration. Dr. Li earned his degree of PhD in molecular biology and biochemistry in China, and finished postdoctoral training in computational and systems biology in University of Pittsburgh. At FDA, Dr. Li is leading multiple quantitative systems pharmacology projects, including the development of mechanistic models to evaluate opioid reversal-agent dosing for high-potency synthetic opioids.
