Amelia Deitchman, PharmD, PhD, is a T32 Clinical Pharmacology Postdoctoral Fellow at the Univ of California San Francisco in the research group of Professor Rada Savic. Her research primarily focuses on developing a translational platform to optimize antituberculosis combination therapy. She recently completed her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Univy of Florida in the laboratory of Professor Hartmut Derendorf, focusing on translational anti-infective PK/PD specifically in regards to a novel antibiotic combination and its unique plasma protein binding. She has been an active member of the ACCP and serves on the leadership team for the joint ISoP/ACCP Clinical Pharmacometrics Special Interest Group.
